No.
Turnstiles didn't open until 11.00, no explanation or announcement - only found out when someone asked one of those mysterious people who are always typing away at their desks behind the glass doors. Many just left for Westfield or went straight home when told. Only good thing was not a single steward or police in sight - and no one stopping us from going to that shopping centre where we helped create 100's of new jobs. Our thanks? Go somewhere else after a match, we don't want you here!

Quite poorly organised, the real disappointment for the kids was the players not being allowed to sign autographs even though they had turned up with books footballs shirts ect and congregated around the tunnel and at the front of the stands. A few did sign some, Cottee and Dicksie also Ian Wright and Don Hutchison spent a bit of time but only Fonte Calleri and Koyate managed to sign a couple of things before security type blokes dragged them back to the pitch. Antonio was bought out after the training session but did an interview in the far corner as he returned (escorted by some bloke with an ear piece) the kids were all shouting for him to come over for autographs but he mouthed the words "Sorry we're not allowed". The whole atmosphere was a bit strained unfortunately.

Don't people read e-mails etc?
Original announcement in December said 10am start but all have been sent e-mails since saying a) 11 am start and b) no chance of autographs for c10000 people !
Worth a mention that signed Mark Noble photos available to all and 100 signed footballs given out.
I would say well done to the club for a free event and people should stop being so demanding !

Anyone know why the players weren't allowed to sign anything. Ruined the whole thing. I am sure the prospect of an autograph or a selfie was the only reason anyone went.
Is it insurance or elf and safety?

No it was 8-10000 people and totally unmanageable ... and the club had said this in advance. I will be he first to criticise but what do they need to do ?? ... give out 10000 footballs?

I thought it was well managed just some people struggle with reading - well done the Club including Board and fcuk off idiots who just want to criticise the Board for the sake of it. As a an adult I got more of a kick out of seeing Cottee and Wrighf but the many kids there enjoyed it so well done

I am ok ! Of course I am p1ssed with my own kids kids who had a go at me for starting to take a sticker off an empty seat which would have meant a free signed football. Seconds later some fat bloke takes it and claims his (!) ball. But clearly instead of being annoyed with my kids I probably should blame the Board !!!!
